Safer cycle routes

I have cycled a few times into my job in town but the route i have to take doesnt have a lot of cycle paths, if we could increase the amount of cafe routes for cyclists I think more people would want to cycle.

People are unlikely to give up their car if they dont feel safe on the road on a bike.
