We are developing our Borough Plan for 2024-2028. This plan sets out our shared vision and priorities for west Cheshire. Everything we do will be guided by this plan and it helps us focus our response to the challenges and opportunities facing the borough. It is really important that the plan reflects the views and aspirations of local people and a range of local organisations across our communities.

This is just the start of a conversation, and we will use your thoughts to develop a draft plan for formal consultation. We will also link this consultation to our budget planning so we can have a joined-up conversation about priorities and resources.
